The company undertakes to develop custom-made application Packages for any concern that so wishes.  This is usually preceded by a detailed system study and hence the formation of a Comprehensive systems requirement.

It should be noted that since our aim is to Improve the global productivity of our clients, we always ensure that solutions proffered by us are adequately relevant to the client’s problems without causing any unnecessary bottleneck.

We undertake the implementation of already acquired systems.  This is done with the view, to reviewing systems specifications and designs as an independent systems consultant.  In addition, our involvement ensures that the client derives optimal benefits from its systems investment in terms of real – time management information and operational enhancement.

ü           SYSTEMS MAINTENCE

In order to ensure that the client gets the best from the systems and also reduce systems down time, we do enter into application solution maintenance agreement.  We provide dependable maintenance to back up our reliable systems.  We are professionally committed to the continued availability of maintenance for our systems.

We have therefore made substantial investment in maintenance infrastructure from adequate stock holding of spare parts through modern workshop facilities, to proven, highly trained and experienced engineering personnel.

We have also made substantial investment in local and Wide Areas network technical know-how, thereby assisting our esteemed clientele in managing their priceless investments in automation.

ü        TRAINING PROGRAMME

It has been said that the most sophisticated tool in the hands of a novice is as good as obsolete.  It is in this light that we offer to provide relevant and consistent training programmes to our clients in line with their existing and projected business requirement.

Training programmes are arranged to cover the following areas:

2       Computer Training of all dimensions like computer appreciation for both executive and operational staff, application packages (e.g. spreadsheet, word processor etc.), custom – built applications specifically designed for clients, technical training for systems personnel.

2       Training on the principles and applications of Accounting and Bookkeeping for accounting and non-accounting oriented personnel.

2       Specific business-related management and operational training like effective time management, customer relations and care, negotiation skill, personnel management, office culture and ethics to mention a few.

For any of the above categories, training programme can be designed in the form of courses, workshops, and seminars either in-house or external.

ü           SYSTEM AUDIT/APPRAISAL

For an organisation to ensure that the output of the current system meets the ever-dynamic nature of its management information requirements there might be the need for a periodic appraisal of the current computerisation.  At times, a total overhauling of the current system might be the only viable option for the organisation to forge ahead.  Amongst other activities undertaken includes the following:-

ü           DIGITAL VIDEO EDITING AND RECORDING

The company is into the recording and editing of films, video cassette, this is the postproduction of video recording and converting of video cassette to video CD.

In the course of video production, lots of events take place along this process of production; errors and omission are incurred.  Video Editing enables us to correct these errors.

ü           DIGITAL AUDIO RECORDING

The company is also into audio recording. This is the collection of sound and merging these sounds to produce a harmonious and pleasing effect.

Audio recording is the process of recording music, jingles, demos, master recording and transfer of cassette content to other media.

This also includes the additional or removal of part of the recorded demo in other to produce the master record.

ü              DIGITAL GRAPHIC DESIGN AND PRINTING

The company is equally into the design of graphical works. For example the production of Calendar art work, posters, letter heads etc.
